Ali Yusuf is Associate Senior Counsel at Golden & Associates Immigration Corporation with over 27 years of legal experience. His practice focuses on immigration appeals and criminal defence, where he is known for his strategic advocacy and strong results in Immigration Appeal Division matters.

Ali appears regularly before the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and the Federal Court of Canada, handling complex immigration cases that often overlap with criminal law. His seven years as a Crown Prosecutor in British Columbia provide him with valuable insight into criminal prosecutions.
